  • earthing — connecting your body or feet directly to the earth/ground

  • walk in nature

  • Eat red meat— animals that spend their lives grazing and are humanely raised without hormones or antibiotics

  • work with red stones/crystals, such as red coral, ruby, garnet, and red jasper

  • work with grounding stones, such as hematite, black obsidian, and black tourmaline

  • wear and look at the color red
